Watauga High Athletics Director Tom Wright announced on Monday afternoon that last Friday night's Northwestern 3A/4A Conference game between the Pioneers and Fred T. Foard that was snowed out will be made up on Monday, February 4

at Lentz-Eggers Gym. The Pioneers will play Fred T. Foard in a make up game (that was originally scheduled on December 17) on Wednesday night in Newton, N.C. WHS travels to Hickory Tuesday night. Coverage begins at 6 p.m. on Oldies 100.7 FM.
The WHS wrestling team takes on Hickory at Lentz-Eggers Gym Tuesday night at 6 p.m.; WHS senior Riley Pudney will officially sign her National Letter of Intent on Tuesday afternoon at 3:30 p.m. in the WHS Media Center. Her signing was snowed out on Friday.
Pudney will play softball at Emory & Henry College, a Division III school in Emory, Va., and a member of the Old Dominion Athletic Conference, next season.
