There were several injuries in Saturday collisions in Watauga, starting with a dawn accident on NC 105 at Church Road in Foscoe.  The state patrol said there was one injury—a woman who suffered more bruises in the 7:15am single vehicle crash than anything else.(Photos; Benjamin Harmon) The next was yet another crash on US 321 at the dumpster site near Aho Road.  A commercial pickup struck the rear of an SUV in the chain reaction wreck as traffic was stopped for vehicles to turn into the dump site. The State Patrol has the 1:10pm accident under investigation.
And one man suffered a hand cut when the airbag on his vehicle deployed in a 2:10pm rear-end collision on NC 194 in Meat Camp.
