Thursday, Scott Harvey Wheeler was arrested by Boone Police for two counts of Felony Embezzlement.  Mr. Wheeler, formerly the manager of Black Bear Books, is alleged to have used funds belonging to the business for his own personal use.  Mr. Wheeler was taken before a Watauga County Magistrate who issued a $15,000 secured bond and a court date of February 26th.
