The Lenoir-Rhyne Men's and Women's Swimming Teams fell to Queens in a home dual meet Saturday afternoon at the Shuford Physical Education Center. Queens defeated Lenoir-Rhyne in both the men's (197-60) and women's (181-64)

competition on the afternoon. The combined score was 378-124 in the Royals' favor. For Lenoir-Rhyne, freshman Leah Watts (Hickory, N.C.) won the women's 200-yard individual medley with a time of 2:15.89. The L-R Men's and Women's Swimming Teams return to action on Saturday, January 26, in a dual meet with Catawba in Salisbury, N.C.
Lenoir-Rhyne then competes in the 2013 Bluegrass Mountain Conference Championship meet in Charlotte, N.C., at the Mecklenburg Aquatic Center.
