The DOT has announced that there are no any blasting and road closures currently scheduled on the U.S. 321 project in Blowing Rock, including today, resuming January 3. The email from the DOT says there may be occasional lane closures through this Thursday, but all traffic can travel along the work zone without detours, and that weather will dictate any work schedule on the project.
