Zach Shepherd, a student in Mr. Calhoun’s Horticulture 1 class, is the December student of the month.  Zach has one of the highest averages in class and is always going and beyond on class projects.  He is a leader among his peers and exhibits a work ethic that is second to none. If there were more Zach’s in a class, the sky would be the limit for what could get accomplished.  Zach will be successful in his future endeavors outside of high school, as his leadership, work ethic, respect, and willingness to learn will set him apart.
