Alleghany High boys basketball coach Tommy McKnight has released his schedule for the Alleghany Christmas Tournament that will be played Thursday, December 27 and Friday, December 28 in Sparta,

 N.C. WHS will be among eight boys and girls teams participating in the field. The Pioneer girls (3-0) will open tournament play on Thursday, December 27 against North Surry in the new gym at AHS at 12 noon. The WHS boys (3-0) will play North Surry at 1:30 p.m. WHS will close out the tournament with a pair of games on Friday.
The boys will play the Raleigh Heat, a club team, at 4:30 p.m.; the girls will play Alleghany at 6 p.m.
