Ashe Sheriff James Williams reports that the Narcotics Division of the Ashe County Sheriff’s Office has made 3 arrests in connection with a methamphetamine lab seized last week in the West Jefferson area of the county.  The 3 defendants are:  Christopher Barry Walters, 37, Amanda Pruitt Price, 30, both of West Jefferson, and Timothy James Holman, age 28, of Jefferson. The men were charged with manufacturing methamphetamine and possession of precursor chemicals, while Price was charged with manufacturing methamphetamine. Sheriff Williams said further charges are pending.  All are currently in jail under a $100,000 bond each.
