The number of church robberies in the Wilkesboro area this week has now grown to three. The North Wilkesboro Presbyterian Church, St. Paul’s Episcopal Church in Wilkesboro and the First United Methodist Church of North Wilkesboro. Two of the robberies resulted from obvious break ins, but there was no

sign of forced entry at St. Paul’s Episcopal. Wilkesboro area law enforcement is investigating the incidents, but no arrests have been made.
