The Ashe County Sheriff’s Office reports that Jessie Kenneth Huffman, age 26, from Trade, Tennessee was arrested on Tuesday, October 16, 2012.  Huffman was charged with Attempted Larceny and Injury to Personal Property.  This arrest was a result of an investigation involving the attempted larceny of a Dr. Pepper drink machine on West Peak Road, Creston, NC at Max Lewis’ produce stand.  Huffman is currently in jail awaiting a probable cause hearing.
