A Foscoe Fire Department member spotted a vehicle run off the embankment and off of NC 105 south at about 7 this morning.  Foscoe Fire, Watauga Rescue, Watauga Medics have all been dispatched to the scene in the 10,000 block of NC 105, and one lane of the highway is being shut down for the rescue effort. One person was reported as in the vehicle.
