Watuaga High women's golf coach Jamie Wilson has announced that today's rescheduled Northwestern 3A/4A Conference match at Orchard Hills Golf Club in Granite Falls scheduled for today has been postponed. The match will now be made

up next Monday, October 15. The Pioneers will then close out regular-season schedule next Tuesday, October 16 at the Brushy Mountain Country Cllub in Taylorsville. 
The Pioneers, who find themselves in third place in the NW3A/4A standings, travel to Catawba Springs Golf Club in Hickory for a NW3A/4A match Tuesday at 3:30 p.m. St. Stephens will be the host school. Alexander Central leads the NW3A/4A Conference standings with three matches left on the regular-season schedule. Abbey Hartsell of the Cougars owns a 15-shot lead on Savanna Wood of the Pioneers for the NW3A/4A Conference individual crown. Wood won the conference championship as a sophomore last year.
