HUSKIES FALLS SHORT AGAINST NORTH

The Huskies (2-5 overall; 1-3 in the Mountain Valley 1A/2A Conference) dropped a 15-13 decision at North Wilkes Friday night. Ashe County had its chances to win the game. But the Huskies failed on both of their attempts to take the lead in the final two minutes of the game.
