A power supply issue has taken WATA off the air.  During tower maintenance yesterday, a power issue developed that caused the auxiliary transmitter to switch on, but it now appears other power troubles developed just after sign-on this morning. Parts should arrive this afternoon to hopefully remedy the problem, but for the morning, switch to WXIT AM 1200 beginning at 7:15am for WATA morning show programming until 9, when WXIT switches to its own programming.
