Appalcart reported record ridership for the month of March. Eighty-Seven-Thousand-Six-Hundred-and-sixty-five passengers rode Appalcart last month in fifty-five-thousand miles of service. That’s a 7 percent increase in ridership from March of last year. The increase is due in part to this year’s addition of the Purple route...which boots the transit authorities hours of operation by eleven percent.
