When Hillary Clinton was battling upstart presidential hopeful Barack Obama for the presidential nomination in 2007, the Westglow Resort and Spa held a fundraiser for Clinton.  Five years and several political eons later, the Westglow announced they will host a fund raiser for Obama, with Grammy Award Winner and North Carolina icon James Taylor. The event will be October 12th, 7pm, with packages for the event ranging from $2500 for the performance, dinner, and a meet and greet with Taylor, down to student tickets for only $500.  “Regular” adults can take in the performance—and support the president—for $1000 per ticket.  You can call Westglow for ticket information.
