LSU linebacker Tahj Jones and four other Tigers are out for the rest of the season, according to Head Coach Les Miles. Speaking on the Wednesday morning SEC coaches' teleconference, Miles also

said that offensive lineman Evan Washington, tight end Tyler Edwards and linebacker D.J. Welter are all out for the rest of the season as well.
Miles would not comment on why the players are off the team, but it is believed the players have not met academic eligibility requirements. Additionally, Miles said that sophmore defensive end Jordan Allen is out for the rest of the season due to a knee injury.
