Investigators from the Avery County Sheriff’s Office wrapped up a four month investigation last week when Larry Davis of Newland was arrested on multiple charges of Indecent Liberties with a Child. According to Sheriff’s Office investigators, a number of cooperating agencies worked in conjunction with the department on the case including investigators from the Avery County Department of Social Services.
