Boone Fire and Watauga Medics rushed to Sky Ranch Road just before 5 yesterday afternoon to a report of a man falling 50 feet from the zipline operation there.  Rescuers found their way to an access point off Winklers Creek road close to where the man was found on the ground, said to be suffering hip pain and other possible injuries from the fall from the Sky Valley Zip Tours line. After being secured by Boone Fire, he was carried to the waiting Watauga Medics ambulance and rushed to Watauga Medical Center.  No indication of the extent of injuries was available last night.
