Watauga County Crimestoppers is looking for the persons responsible for several incidents over the past month.

Sometime between October 12 and 14, the picnic area at Bethel School was vandalized. Someone overturned picnic tables and a porta-jon and poured paint on the concrete and wrote profanity on the ground.

Between October 12 and 13 an unknown person threw a rock through the front plate glass window of a business on U.S. Highwa 194 North.

Between October 10 and 12 someone knocked down several signs, including two hardcore plastic wood frame realty signs in the 5000 block of Highway 221 South.

In a separate incident between October 11 and 12, two unknown suspects took a pint glass jar containing cash from the Riverview Grocery on Highway 321 North. Both offenders have been described as white males. One is believed to be between 14 and 17 years old with black medium length hair wearing a white t-shirt and a camouflage jacket and blue jeans. The other alleged offender was about 19 years old, tall and wearing a blue and white striped shirt with blue jeans. The two left Riverview Grocery in a Black Nissan Hatchback. 

Sometime between the dates of September 23and October 15, a residence located on Camden Lane in Blowing Rock was broken into and a Sony 32" HDTV was allegedly taken.

Sometime between 7 pm on October 12 and 6 am on October 13, someone entered several buildings at the Vulcan Materials plant on Hwy. 105 South. Once inside, he or she is believed to have removed numerous hand tools.

Sometime between 8 am and 3 pm on  October 11th, someone is believed to have entered a residence on Hubert Norris Rd. in Meat Camp. Once inside, police say the suspect removed several firearms and other personal property.

On October 16, 2007, a red 2007 16' X 8' Better Built Trailer with dual axles and a tilt top was taken from Highway 421 North.
