The Appalachian Fund, supporting more than 70 areas on campus—student scholarships, faculty and staff development, international study and more, is set to hit a new standard for alumni support—if a few more help out by the end of the fiscal year Saturday.
Having raised $20,000 in the last week, there is about $20,000 to go to reach an all-time high of $750,000. Alumni were asked in an email to turn in pledges, or to help make a difference on campus with a gift of any size and help reach the unprecedented level. |
