Shelby is a female, Shi-Tzu that went missing on May 30^th.  She was last seen on Pancake Road/Plumtree area at 7 am.  She has a white face with brown on her ears, back, and legs.  She has been spayed,  does not have a collar on and there is a green tattoo on her belly.  If you have seen Shelby please call Amber at 828-284-8482 or 828-467-1213.
