Ashe Sheriff James Williams reports another Fleetwood home break-in has yielded an arrest.  Patrick Scott Rigsbee, 20, of Fleetwood was arrested on Friday, May 18th, charged with Breaking, Entering, Larceny after he allegedly broke into a home and stole items. Patrick Scott Rigsbee was placed under a $7,500 bond and was subsequently released.  He is currently awaiting his first appearance and probable cause hearing.  Sheriff Williams reports that about half of the property has been recovered at this time.
