The Blowing Rock Stage Company’s Summer Theatre Camp is taking enrollment. The camp plans a production each year and this one proves to be special. Students at the camp will bring to life stories from the Appalachian Cultural Museum, which is currently closed due to lack of space.
The students will use theatre arts and material from the museum to tell the stories of high country pioneers, toymakers, country western stars, soldiers, and – yes – even NASCAR drivers. Children aged 4 to 18 may enroll by calling Kim Cozart Kay at 828-295-9168.
