Caldwell County Sheriff’s Office has cancelled the silver alert on Marvin Wayne Barlow.  Mr. Barlow was located in Charlotte at approximately 10:30 a.m. at a convenience store.  The clerk notice that he was acting confused and call the police department.  Mr. Barlow is safe and back at home with his family. Sheriff Alan Jones said “I just want to thank all the searchers from the fire and rescue agencies in the county as well as the Emergency Management team that we have in place for their hard work in locating Mr. Barlow.  I also wish the North Carolina Center for Missing Person for their assistance with the Silver Alert.  We are very grateful that Mr. Barlow is safe and home with his family.”
