If you missed the Celebrity Serve, you still have a chance to dine out for a good cause. Tomorrow brings the Watauga High School Empty Bowls Supper to fight hunger.
The menu includes homemade Stickboy breads and soups from Vidalia, Casa Rustica, Woodlands Barbeque, Peppers, Melanie’s and Blimpie. The soup is served in handmade bowls created by Watauga High Students. All of the funds raised go to the Hunger Coalition. Last year’s event raised over $6,000 dollars. Empty Bowls Supper takes place tomorrow from 5 to 6:30pm at the Watauga High Cafeteria.
