"Pack the Pantries" at WHS PDF Print

Watauga High School's final regular season home football game last Friday was also "Pack the Pantries" night, when fans received a $1 off on the price of admission if they brought canned food for donation to the food pantries in the elementary schools.  The pantries assist students and families who struggle to keep enough food on the table at home. Hundreds of people responded to the idea and the food collected has been split up among the eight WCS schools serving students in pre-kindergarten through eighth grade.
