Sunday's game rained out PDF Print

Sunday's game between the Hickory Crawdads and the Lexington Legends has been canceled due to inclement weather and field conditions.

Crawdads were leading, 4-0, and the game was about to head into the bottom of the fourth inning.
Since it was not an official game, the contest is considered a rain out and will not be rescheduled.  All tickets from Sunday's game may be redeemed at the Ticket Office for a ticket of equal or lesser value to a future 2011 regular season game.
The rain began falling just before the bottom of the fourth inning was about to begin.  Following a 30-minute rain delay, the umpires canceled the game.
NOTES: The Crawdads kick off a four-game road trip to Hagerstown on Monday at 7:05 p.m. and will face Stephen Strasburg, the No.1  pick of the Washington Nationals in the 2009 MLB Draft, who will make a rehab start for the Suns.
