![]() Terry Henderson, a 6-5 shooting from Neuse Baptist Church Christian School in Raleigh, NC, is participating at the National Basketball Association's Top 100 Camp this weekend in Charlottesville, Va. According to NCPreps.com, Henderson, a rising senior who is being looked at by a number of schools, stated Wednesday that Appalachian State was among his college choices. Also included on that list of his top seven choices are UNC-Charlotte, Richmond, Stanford, Clemson, Tennessee and Rutgers. But he has also received phone calls from Providence, Arizona State and Kentucky.ASU, Charlotte, Richmond, Jacksonville, Gardner-Webb and William & Mary are among the schools that have made offers. Henderson spoke with ASU coach Jason Capel before he went to the NBA camp. It was just a phone call to see how he was doing. Henderson scored 11 points on Thursday at the NBA camp, which placed him in the upper echelon of scorers for the day. Unfortunately, he suffered an injury shortly after that and could not continue. Henderson, labeled a five-star recruit by Rivals.com, said he plans on making his college decision around October or November. The Mountaineers are also considering 6-3 guard Matthew Madigan from Reagan High School in Pfafftown, NC, and 6-7 forward Dionte Adams of Northside Christian in Charlotte.

Patrick Johnson, who played at St. Stephens High School, will get the starting nod Saturday in game one of the College World Series.
