Todd Proving Treacherous for Motorcyclists PDF Print

Highway 194 is proving treacherous for motorcyclists, with a second Todd area wreck this week at almost the same spot—with exactly the same cause.  In today's accident, a Richmond, Va., man was hurt at about 12:40 p.m. in nearly the exact location of another motorcycle wreck that injured two people Monday.

Bruce Dowd, 64, skidded on storm debris in the road and fell, sending his motorcycle into a guardrail and across to the opposite ditch. He was initially described as confused—as was the driver of the cycle that crashed earlier this week—but he refused transport to the hospital.
