Mike Fontanot's sacrifice fly in the ninth inning, lifted the San Francisco Giants to a 3-2 over the Colorado Rockies Saturday night.
Madison Bumgarner got a no-decision for his efforts, his second one of the season. But the left-hander put up some good numbers against the Rockies. Bumgarner (0-5) gave up an earned run on five hits with two walks and five strike outs in six innings of work. He also lowered his earned-run-average to 4.21 on the year. Bumgarner won't pitch again until Saturday when the Giants travel to Wrigley Field to play the Chicago Cubs.
