The Boone Town Council has spent their day in a work session dealing with finer points of how the town government functions.  The entire morning was spent with Planning & Inspections Director Bill Bailey front and center, working with the council on points in his nearly 40-page report. The longest discussion was on better interaction between the council and their Planning Commission and Board of Adjustment.  The afternoon was spent hearing from commissions, committees, and task forces in ten-minute segments.
