 The Watauga County Red Cross, in conjunction with Watauga Healthy Carolinians is offering a free Safe Babysitting/CPR class to youth ages 11-15.
This course is a two part course and participants must attend both sessions in order to take advantage of the free course fee. The first session will be held on Saturday March 26th from 8:30a.m. - 5:30 pm. at Watauga Red Cross 331 Queen St. Boone. In this session participants will learn CPR and First Aid. The second session is April 2 from 8:30 a.m - 3:30p.m. at Watauga Wellness Center. Students should bring a lunch each day. Registration is a refundable $20 fee and will be returned to participants when they have completed both sessions. Pre-registration is required and must be received no later than March 23rd. Mail $20 check to Watauga Red Cross. Be sure to include participant's name and phone number with registration.
