A Deep Gap woman was injured in a crash last night on US 421 just outside Boone when her car flipped some three times in the median—maybe forced there in an incident of road rage.  The state patrol said that another car was involved in the 8:30 crash in what might have been a road rage incident, but the cars did not collide. 25-year old Vanessa Poe ran into the median as she was approaching Boone and flipped, suffering mostly cuts and bruises in the incident.  Area lawmen are seeking the other vehicle involved.
