Three area residents were injured in an accident on 105 in the Foscoe area Friday afternoon.  The 3:35pm collision occurred near at the Bairds Creek intersection when 92-year old Calvin Isill, traveling south-bound, drifted left of center and struck the side of the car Deborah Berry was driving toward Boone.  Calvin Isill and his wife, Meta, 89, were taken to Watauga Medical Center, Meta the more seriously hurt, along with Deborah Berry, the Banner Elk woman not as seriously hurt, according to Trooper Brown, who investigated.  Brown said the collision lead to the Isill vehicle rolling over off the road to the left of his direction of travel while Berry's car spun and ended in the middle of the road.  105 was blocked for over an hour as Watauga Medics and Rescue ambulances transported the injured and the wreckage was cleared.  Trooper Brown cited Calvin Isill with being left of center in connection with the accident.
