"Roxy" is a female mixed breed, possibly a Chihuahua/Jack Russell mix, lost near Watauga River Road.  She is reddish brown in color with some black on her tail (looks like a red fox) weighing 17 pounds wearing a collar with tags and has been microchipped.  Call Eugene at 828-297-2003
