Elizabeth Hodges, 37, of Elk Park was arrested and charged by the Avery County Sheriff’s Office with 12 counts of misdemeanor contributing to the delinquency of a minor and one count of misdemeanor child neglect. This is a result of a party which occurred at Hodges’residence in which approximately 14 youths were charged with various alcohol counts.
