A 10am wreck on NC 105 in front of the old Genos location reportedly caused some injury and snarled traffic.  Boone Police maintained some inbound traffic, but outbound traffic was completely shut down, backing up traffic and causing drivers to get creative in their routing.  By 10:30, both directions were moving.
