Eric Breitenstein picked up right where he left off before a knee injiury cut his season short last fall.
The Watauga County native, who backboned Watauga High to 23 wins and a pair of Final-Four appearances during his high school career, made his 2010 debut with Wofford College on Saturday night Unfortunately, Ohio University defeated Wofford 33-10, but Breitenstein had an encouraging start. He ran for 51 yards on 13 carriesĀ and scored the Terriers only touchdown on a one-yard run. Breitenstein was named to the Southern Conference All-Freshmen Team as a true freshman in 2008. The Terriers travel to Boone to play Appalachian State on November 13. |
