Stephen Holland, 20, of Sugar Mountain #1, was arrested by the Avery Sheriff's Department and charged with felony possession and possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana.  Holland was arrested after a traffic stop in which about two ounces of marijuana was found in his vehicle. Avery County Sheriff’s Office K-9 unit was dispatched to the scene and assisted with the seizure of marijuana.
