My boys and I found a sweet little pup and we do think he belonged to someone because he knows how to sit and shake, but he had no collar on but you could defiantly see where he had been wearing one.  He was in the parking lot of the Cascade Trail at Jeffress Park on the Blue Ridge Parkway. We were afraid to leave him he was chasing the bicyclist when they went down the road and no one else there claimed him..He is a Shepperd mix and appears to be less than a year old.Here is my info.
