yeomanholman.jpg The Watauga County Sheriff’s Office arrested two men who are believed to have broken into several unoccupied homes earlier this week.

20-year-old Patrick Dale Yeoman and 28-year-old Leonard Dale Holman both face 11 counts of breaking and entering, 11 counts of larceny after breaking and entering, and two counts of possessing stolen property.

The men are believed to have broken into homes on North Pine Run Road, Hopewell Church Road, Ridge Road, Raven Rock Road, Tom Jackson Road, Meat Camp Road, Sunny Chestnut Forest, and Highway 194 North.

Sheriff Hagaman said Yeoman and Holman, Jr. were arrested after Deputy Aaron Billings of the Bravo 2 shift team saw a vehicle and driver similar to eyewitness descriptions given by citizens in the Meat Camp area.

After the arrests, authorities were able to recover several stolen items including a “47 and “42 HD televisions, laptop computers, game cartridges, X-Box and Playstation gaming console, DVD and DVR recorders, jewelry, and firearms.

Yeoman was given a $70,000 and Holman, Jr. was given a $75,000 bond.  Both will appear in court on January 7.

What's so funny, dumb-@ss?? That's whats wrong with people like this, they take nothing seriously! Not even their own futures

It's funny that many people get all up in arms for "Illegals" coming into our country to be laborers and do most the "grunt" work that too many of our Idiot/Lazy-Ass Americans won't do and who would rather live a life of crime and drugs instead of working hard and earning an honest paycheck for a living.. Good job by the authorities in getting this trash off the streets

Deputy Aaron Billings is the man! My sister lives on Pine Run and was nervous after hearing about the B&E's but feels much better knowing he caught them. Great job! Thanks, Deputy Billings

Anybody know what vehicle they were driving? Just curious to know if I may have seen them around here.

Which one of these punks is "jared"?

Sorry Luci, you don't get the honor of looking at my picture.

After just a few weeks in the re-education camps, these two will be well on their way to being valuable party members. Committing crimes against others is just a cry for help from the party.

why is it that this looser holman that robbed the store and keeps getting in trouble and always on bail and he is still out on the streets
Aperson   Registered | 11/08/2009 2:32PM
He's laughing because he knows he'll be right back out on the streets ripping off the good people of Boone. Heck, he knows how to work the system !!!
Spelling Police   Registered | 11/09/2009 1:30PM
heidi, it's "loser," unless he really is "looser?" Looser than what?
Greed Is good   Registered | 11/10/2009 9:41AM

This is just a grass roots redistribution of wealth campaign.

He's laughing because he's a blithering idiot. His wife and kids must be so proud of him. I just wish we could see it when his cellmate wipes that stupid smirk off of his face.
countrygal1984   Registered | 11/09/2009 12:13PM
Well first off, peewee92003, you dont know what all his family has gone through so you shouldnt of mentioned them!!! But this is a bad situation and we are seeing this more and more in our town and we need to think about what we can do to fix this problem, these two arent the only ones doing this our jail is over run with people doing the same thing! we really need to be pray for our town and the things that are going on in it!
joe   Registered | 11/09/2009 2:20PM
The Watauga County Jail doesn't have many in there. The biggest part of the inmate population is inmates being held from Yadkin County.
peewee92003   Registered | 11/09/2009 2:32PM
Normally you would be right, countrygal1984 except that I KNOW him. He was a loser when I first met him (over 10 yrs. ago) and he's still a loser today.

They both have the middle name Dale...I see a pattern. Good thing they never met up with the nefarious Chip Bandits. No acorn would be safe within the entire tri-county region.
