After an internal investigation, two former West Jefferson Walmart employees face several embezzlement charges.

Jesse Campbell at the Jefferson Post broke the story.  The Post reports 43-year-old Linda B. Pasley of Grassy Creek was charged with 185 felonious counts of embezzlement after authorities believe she was converting coupons for cash for a total of around $1,680.  37-year-old Sheila Main of Lansing faces 88 felonious counts of embezzlement after authorities believe she took $650 from the register.

Walmart officials investigated the incidents before handing the situation over to the West Jefferson Police Department.

The two women are scheduled to appear in court on November 5.

I guess their "Associates of the Month" pictures will come down off the plaque in front of the store..
I think Walmart should only hire Senior Citzens to work at their stores since you can't trust young people with anything anymore...

If they hire seniors all of the batteries will go missing.

Not to pile on, but any truth to the rumor that these ladies were secretly working for Michelle Shepard...
