U.S. Census Bureau Names Managers for Boone Office Print E-mail

The U.S. Census Bureau named its managers for the 2010 Census office in Boone.

Ceylon Barclay was named the local census office manager, Johnny P. Greene was named assistant manager for field operations, Michelle Brewer was named assistant manager for quality assurance, Guy Long was named assistant manager for administration, Catherine Rhuberg was named assistant manager for recruiting, and Patrick Richardson was named assistant manager for technology.

According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the Boone office will support census operations in Ashe, Avery, Burke, Caldwell, McDowell, Mitchell, Watauga, and Yancey counties.

April 1, 2010, is Census Day, which is the reference day for collecting census information from every household in America.  Census questionnaires will be mailed or delivered in mid-March.
