Unidentified Thieves hit Caldwell CVS Stores Print E-mail
Thursday, February 14 2008

Deputies say two suspects stole almost $2,000 worth of CVS products during at least four larcenies and they’re asking for your help in identifying the couple.

A man and a woman stole several resale items from the Hickory Blvd CVS Pharmacy in Hudson on January 19- and deputies say they struck again on February 4. Video surveillance shows the couple leaving with a basket full of items, including Crest Whitestrips, Pepcid Complete and Breathe Right Strips.

The male suspect wore a brown overcoat. The couple is believed to have traveled in a black Honda Civic or Accord with lowered, black rims and clear taillights driven by a third party. Investigators believe it’s the same couple that rode in a green Chevrolet truck to rob a CVS Pharmacy on Avery Avenue in Morganton. The couple may also be responsible for larcenies at the CVS Pharmacy on U.S. 321 near the Hickory airport.

Deputies say the couple may be reselling the items at area flea markets, and are hoping someone will come forward. Anyone with information should contact Caldwell County Crimestoppers at 828-758-8300

Looks like the family of four struck again. Maybe they should check the house for these items as well, and don't forget the missing pair of socks.[smiley=laugh]

It should be easy to find this couple, look for two people with white teeth, fresh breath, and no heart burn![smiley=laugh] No, stealing anything is wrong and not funny.
