Woman's Death Called 'Homicide'

State, National Unemployment Down

The state’s seasonally adjusted December unemployment dropped .4% to 5.5 percent, from November’s revised rate of 5.9 percent,  the monthly revision showing November’s preliminary rate of 5.8 percent was actually 5.9 percent.
