DWI defendents could be photographed PDF Print
Written by Lauren Ohnesorge

DWI defendents without identification would be automatically fingerprinted and photographed under a bill recommended by a Senate committee yesterday.

The House measure would allow officers to photograph drivers without IDs if they believe the suspect is lying about his or her identity.
