Residential Break-in Yields Avery Arrest PDF Print

Friday, officers with the Avery County Sheriff’s Office arrested twenty five year old Cody Young of Sugar Mountain Rd # 2, charging him with felony Breaking and Entering, felony Larceny and Possession of Stolen Property.  Investigators with the Sheriff’s Office received a report of a theft from a residence on June 5th, and Young was identified as a suspect early in the investigation. The property was recovered by Officers with the Avery County Sheriff’s Office, leading to the arrest of  Young, who was placed under a $15,000.00 bond at the Avery County Jail.
