Undercover Buys Lead to Drug Charges PDF Print

After a number of undercover drug purchases, Lenoir Police Narcotics Officers executed a search warrant at the residence of 428 Arlington Circle on Tuesday, June 18, 2013 at 12:48 pm. The suspect, 25-year old Jonathan Deontate “JJ” Parrish was taken into custody after the search led to the recovery and seizure of .8 grams of crack cocaine and 11 dosage units of Oxycodone from his person and residence.  Parrish was charged with one count each of Possession With Intent to Manufacture, Sell, and Deliver Controlled Substance within 1000ft of a School, Trafficking of Opium/Heroin, Manufacture of Cocaine, and Maintain Dwelling for Storage of Controlled Substance. Parrish was jailed in the Caldwell County detention center under a $100,000 dollar secure bond.
