Assault on ASU campus PDF Print
Sunday, 26 August 2007 20:00
ASU police have released little information to the media about an assault alleged to have happened on the Appalachian State University campus early last week.
Several assaults occurred last semester, prompting law enforcement to caution people against walking alone at night. Police encourage anyone walking through campus at night to walk with a buddy in well-lit areas. Students are encouraged to use the SAFE RIDE program and be aware of the blue light emergency phones. We’ll have more details in the afternoon broadcast.
